Suasi island, Puno Titicaca lake 2days/1night
Suasi Island 2 days 1 night tour from Puno
( ask our prograls for 3-4 or 5 days )
In the northeastern region of Lake Titicaca rests Suasi, a private 43-hectare island where everything is different: dawn, rain, storms, twilight. Closer to the sun and the moon, Suasi offers a unique way to experience the Titicaca, a burst of magic inviting introspection. The hotel is a peaceful viewpoint surrounded by flowers and gardens, rising below a sheltered hill on the northern side of the island. Built with local materials such as wood, stones and totora reed, our property runs entirely on solar energy.
The lake’s vastness can be contemplated through large windows and sunny balconies in each of the 24 rooms in Hotel Isla Suasi. The most discerning travelers may choose the Andean Cottage, a private villa nesting on a small sandy beach.
