Se dirigir\u00e1 hacia el sur desde Huaraz y luego hacia el este hasta los picos andinos donde se detendr\u00e1 en el lago Querococha (3.980 m) con algunos hermosos panoramas monta\u00f1osos. Con una longitud de 2.43 km, uno de los lagos m\u00e1s grandes de la Cordillera Blanca, y cercano&nbsp;<strong>al T\u00fanel Cahuish<\/strong>&nbsp;(4.516 m) por donde se conduce y cruza la Cordillera de los Andes hasta el<strong>&nbsp;Callej\u00f3n de Conchucos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>El camino desciende a Chav\u00edn<\/strong>&nbsp;y serpentea por varios pueblos y un mosaico de \u00e1reas agr\u00edcolas. El sitio arqueol\u00f3gico&nbsp;<strong>de Chav\u00edn de Hu\u00e1ntar<\/strong>&nbsp;(3.180 m) data de antes del 1.200 a. C. Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO desde 1985. Aqu\u00ed es donde comienza sus lecciones de historia m\u00e1s importantes del d\u00eda: prep\u00e1rese para sorprenderse de lo avanzada que era esta civilizaci\u00f3n.
