For two days, attendees had the opportunity to immerse themselves in a wide variety of activities including handicraft exhibitions, gastronomic presentations, interactive workshops and traditional dance demonstrations.<\/p>\n<p>One of the highlights of the event was the presentation of community tourism projects from various regions of the country. Communities from the Amazon jungle, the Andes and the Peruvian coast shared their experiences and showed how tourism can become a powerful tool for sustainable development. Experts in the field gave talks on sustainable practices, while attendees were able to learn first-hand how communities are implementing these strategies in their tourism projects. In addition, round tables and debates were held to encourage the exchange of ideas and cooperation among the different actors in the sector.<\/p>\n<p>The second day was dedicated to culture and traditions. Visitors enjoyed music and dance performances that showcased Peru&#8217;s cultural richness.
