De hoofdstad van het departement ligt aan de oostkant van de Tumbes rivier en is een ideaal vertrekpunt voor een bezoek aan \u00e9\u00e9n van vele attracties.<\/p>\n<p>Klimaat:&nbsp;subtropisch gedurende het grootste deel van het jaar. Er zijn 2 sterk afgetekende seizoenen: het droge seizoen tussen april en november met temperaturen hoger dan 30C\u00b0 (86F\u00b0) en het&nbsp;regenseizoen tussen december en maart. Regenval vermeerdert ten tijden van El Ni\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/southamericaplanet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/img_153.jpg\" rel=\"facebox\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1664\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1664 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/southamericaplanet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/img_153.jpg\" alt=\"img_153\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\"><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tumbes en Mancora <\/strong>zijn zeer vochtige, warme steden\/dorpen. Af en toe zijn ze bedekt met wolken, maar de stranden zijn bij de besten van Zuid &#8211; Amerika met zon voor ongeveer 300 dagen per jaar!<\/p>\n<p>Wat kan Tumbes bieden?&nbsp;Het is gezegend met veel natuur&nbsp;en heeft een zeer varri\u00ebrend landschap met&nbsp;kalme riviertjes en water met prachtige vogels, krokodillen en vele andere dieren! Er zijn ook zeer brede,&nbsp;lange stranden&nbsp;die niet lijken te stoppen, met rotsachtige uitsteeksels in de oceaan die door de erosie grillage vormen aannemen. Wanneer je spreekt over Tumbes en Mancora, dan spreek je over een zeer speciale hoek van Peru. Het is een paradijs in miniatuur! De stranden van Tumbes en Mancora hebben nationaal een zeer uitgesproken positieve reputatie.&nbsp;Tussen Piura en Tumbes ligt \u00e9\u00e9n van de meest bekende stranden van Peru.<\/p>\n<div><strong>MANCORA<\/strong>,&nbsp;een zeer lang uitgestrekt strand. Het is&nbsp;een stop voor reizigers op de Peru &#8211; Ecuador route. Bekend voor surfen. Dit doe je het best&nbsp;tussen november en maart.<\/div>\n<div>Een voorbeeld van PURE vakantie voor Peruanen en toeristen.&nbsp;Met warm kristal helder water is het een thuisbasis voor dolfijnen en scholen tropische vissen.<\/div>\n<p><strong>Punta Sal, <\/strong>Acapulco, Punta Mero, Zorritos en La Cruz zijn maar enkele plaatsen die&nbsp;stralende zon garanderen, gedurende het hele&nbsp;het jaar! Het is een woestijn met een symfonie van kleuren zoals, bruin en beige. Deze geven de kust een apart kleurenpalet!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/southamericaplanet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/img_154.jpg\" rel=\"facebox\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1665\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1665 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/southamericaplanet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/img_154.jpg\" alt=\"img_154\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\"><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Culinaire uitspatting!&nbsp;Zelfs voor de meest sceptische eters zijn er in deze streek delicatessen te vinden ,zoals kreeft, conchas negras (zwarte zeebaars),oesters en garnalen Dit zijn maar enkele van de vele culinaire hoogtepunten uit deze streek,alles zeer vers recht uit de zee!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hoe kom je er ?<\/strong>&nbsp;Commerci\u00eble vluchten arriveren elke dag in Tumbes of P\u00efura. Voor mensen die van landtransport houden, is er de Pan &#8211; American highway. Deze is in een&nbsp;uitstekende staat vanaf Lima naar Trujillo en in goede&nbsp;staat van Trujillo tot Tumbes. Dagelijks zijn er talrijke bussen langs deze route!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/southamericaplanet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/img_155.jpg\" rel=\"facebox\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1666\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1666 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/southamericaplanet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/img_155.jpg\" alt=\"img_155\" width=\"300\" height=\"202\"><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<div><strong>Andere attracties:<\/strong>&nbsp;Mangrove in Puerto Pizarro&nbsp;is een prachtige plaats voor een boottochtje door deze zoutwater jungle, gevolgd door een heerlijke maaltijd met conchas negras (zwarte zeebaars) en garnalen. Voor de natuurliefhebbers zijn er Oostwaarts verschillende canyons (Pajaritos, Quebrada Seca en Fernandez).
