De tour brengt je dichter bij de geschiedenis van Chili en zijn wijncultuur,<strong> in Vi\u00f1a Santa Rita<\/strong>, een van de meest traditionele van het land, omgeven door een unieke natuurlijke omgeving, in Alto Jahuel. De excursie begint in de wijngaarden, waar u in een gevarieerde tuin de verschillende soorten kunt leren kennen die worden geproduceerd. U zult het volledige wijnbereidingsproces ervaren, terwijl u door de<strong> wijnbereidings-, opslag- en bottelarijen gaat<\/strong>. Je bezoekt ook de oude kelders, die in 1880 werden gebouwd door Franse architecten. Ze zijn gemaakt van kalk en steen en zijn tegenwoordig een nationaal monument, omdat er wordt gezegd dat 120 patriottische soldaten daar hun toevlucht zochten, uitgeput na een lange en zware strijd om de onafhankelijkheid van Chili. <strong>Vandaar de naam van een van de meest karakteristieke wijnen<\/strong>.
