Transfer van je hotel naar de baai van Isla Esteves. De gids geeft uitleg over de kajak- en avontuur richtlijnen. Vervolgens starten we onze kajaktocht naar de drijvende eilanden van Uros. We roeien ongeveer 1 uur en 30 minuten. Tijdens de reis hebben we een fantastisch uitzicht over het Titicacameer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uros-<\/strong>eilanden, de thuisbasis van de afstammelingen van de pre-Inca Urus-bevolking. Ze leven op de drijvende eilanden, die zijn gebouwd met totoro-riet dat rond het meer groeit. Er wordt gezegd dat het meer, gezien vanuit de lucht, lijkt op een Puma die op een konijn jaagt. Uros bestaat uit ongeveer 40 eilanden, maar het totale aantal varieert. Daarna varen we naar<strong> Taquile<\/strong> Island. Weer een prachtige bestemming. Het eiland heeft nog steeds sporen van een pre-Inca-verleden. Het zijn Ayamara-indianen. Het ingewikkelde en felgekleurde textiel dat hier wordt geproduceerd, weerspiegelt de Andes-overtuigingen, mythen en levenswijzen van de inwoners. Na een korte maar steile klim naar het hoofddorp geniet je van een lunch en breng je de middag door met het verkennen van het eiland en het ontdekken van de mensen. De eilandbewoners staan \u200b\u200bbekend om het prachtige textiel en de kleding die ze produceren. Interessant is dat het breien van deze kleding uitsluitend door mannen wordt gedaan. Boot terug naar Puno 2 h varen.
