Bezoek het gewone en echte leven van Peru en kijk hoe armere Peruaanse bevolking zich organiseren, om te overleven. We vertrekken meestal rond 8.30 Am en de toer duurt ongeveer 3;5 h. Eerst gaan we naar de<strong> locale markt<\/strong> waar je het gewone leven kan zien en de vele fruit en groentesoorten. Het marktgebouw is ooit gebouwd door de heer Eiffel. Na de markt rijden we naar de<strong> steengroeve,<\/strong> de plaats waar de witte <strong>&#8221; sillar&#8221;<\/strong> vulkaan lava steen word ontgonnen voor de bouw van huizen. Hier zie je in welke omstandigheden deze mensen werken, om Arequipa als stad wit te houden. Onderweg vertelt je gids over de politieke, sociale en <strong>economische realiteit van Peru.<\/strong> We stoppen bij een <strong>&#8220;Comedor popular<\/strong>&#8221; ( hier zien we hoe moeders koken voor weinig geld om eigen en anders gezin recht te houden) De toer is niet bedoeld om je te laten zien hoe arm de mensen zijn, maar om te laten zien hoe hard sommige mensen moeten werken om te overleven.
