Het gaat om kleine stukjes vis, rauw gemarineerd in verse aromatische limoensap, zachte uien, gekookte zoete aardappelen vermengd met of zonder hete chili uit de Andes.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">OF<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">KIP;<\/span> <\/strong>voor kip koken we: &#8220;<strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Aji de Pollo&#8221;<\/span><\/strong> (hoofdgerecht), bestaat uit dunne reepjes kip geserveerd met een romige gele en pikante saus, gemaakt met aj\u00ed amarillo (gele chilis), kaas, melk, cronchi brood. Als starter leren we je om de 2 meest typische Peruaanse sauzen te bereiden: <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Papas a la Huancaina<\/strong><\/span> (aardappelen in Huancayo-stijl), deze sauce kwam uit het midden van de Andes in Peru en <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Ocopa-sauce<\/span> <\/strong>kwam uit het zuiden van de Andes in de buurt van Cusco, beide voorgerechten bestaande uit een romige, licht pikante saus, \u00e9\u00e9n gemaakt met de meest verse aromatische kruiden uit onze bergen en de andere verse lokale chili met kaassaus beide geserveerd met inheemse biologische gesneden gekookte aardappelen.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">OF<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>VLEES;<\/strong> <\/span>of heerlijke &#8220;<strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Lomo saltado&#8221; (hoofdgerecht)<\/span><\/strong>, biefstuk schijfjes, gebakken met uien, tomaten, aji (hete pepers) en meer kruiden. Het wordt geserveerd met frietjes en rijst, als voorgerecht hebben we onze super lekkere <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">&#8220;Causa Lime\u00f1a&#8221;<\/span><\/strong> Aardappelpuree, biologische gele aardappelen, gekruid met limoen en aji (hete peper) en gevuld met verse, seizoensgebonden lokale groenten (het is minder dan de helft pittig).<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>Na je kookles gaat het avontuur verder! we nemen je mee naar de grote stad der koningen en koninginnen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Deze wandeltocht leidt je langs de belangrijkste attracties in Lima, <strong>zoals het centrale plein en het San Francisco-klooster<\/strong> met zijn griezelige catacomben. Maar er wachten ook enkele verborgen juweeltjes op je!
