Ica en de Pisco-route<\/strong>
\nEen van de grote toeristische attracties van Ica zijn zonder twijfel de meer dan 85 ambachtelijke wijnmakerijen, die nationaal en internationaal bekend staan als de belangrijkste producenten van wijn en pisco in het land.<\/p>\n

Deze tour neemt bezoekers mee naar de wijngaarden die pisco produceren, de heldere brandewijn die als hoofdingredi\u00ebnt dient in pisco sour. We bezoeken 2 Bodega’s en slapen in 2 koloniale wijngaarden.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ook combineren we met een bezoek aan de oase van huacachina en ballestas eilanden<\/strong> van paracas. Dag 4 keer je terug naar Lima of ga je verder naar Nasca of Arequipa<\/p>\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n

Dag 1 Lima – Ica – Huacachina – QUEIROLO<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bustickets + Crus del sur bus Lima naar Ica. Het is 5 uur rijden vanuit Lima. Je voelt meteen dat het een stuk warmer is. In Ica heb je eigen vervoer die je naar huacachina brengt, een oase in de woestijn<\/strong>. Optioneel<\/strong><\/em> kun je een priv\u00e9-sandbuggy-tour doen in de verbazingwekkende zandduinen. In deze duinen vind je het echte avontuur met zandbuggy’s.<\/p>\n

Na een kort bezoek rijden we naar ons eerste hotel midden in de wijngaard vinas queirolo<\/strong> waar we beginnen met een welkomstdrankje.<\/p>\n

HOTEL VI\u00d1AS QUEIROLO<\/strong> is gelegen in de Ica-vallei nabij de uitlopers van de Andes en wordt omringd door meer dan 500 hectare wijngaarden, waarin de wijnstokken worden verbouwd die later worden gebruikt om Bodega Santiago Queirolo’s Intipalka-wijn te produceren. Het hotel in Republikeinse stijl heeft hoge plafonds, ramen met houten luiken, bakstenen gangen, lantaarns en houten balustrades. Het heeft ook 89 ruime en comfortabele kamers met alle voorzieningen. De Queirolo-ervaring draait helemaal om ontspannen, rusten, leren, delen en proeven van een heerlijke wijn of pisco op een speciale en bevoorrechte plek.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dag 2 Transport naar Hacienda La Caravedo<\/strong><\/p>\n

Geniet van uw ontbijt, zwembad en ontspan! U kunt uw kamer tot 12.00 uur gebruiken. Dan haalt ons priv\u00e9vervoer u op en brengt u in 30 minuten naar uw volgende wijngaard hotel & Hacienda La Caravedo<\/strong><\/p>\n

In de vallei van Peru op de hellingen van de Andes is de oudste nog werkende distilleerderij in heel Amerika die teruggaat tot 1684.<\/strong> Vanuit deze speciale plek – genaamd Hacienda La Caravedo – brengen we je de mooiste uitdrukking van de nationale drank van ons land. Gemaakt door bekwame ambachtslieden met, met de hand geselecteerde druiven die in hun eigen wijngaarden worden verbouwd. Pisco La Caravedo, Pisco Port\u00f3n, Pisco Pago de los Frailes en Pisco Toro Santo.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Geniet van het hotel \u2019en het zwembad. Leer tijdens een verblijf hier alles over het maken van pisco en verken de accommodatie te paard of met de fiets.(optioneel )<\/strong><\/p>\n

We zullen dit bezoek beginnen met bezoek aan de faciliteiten uit 1684 om het ambachtelijke proces van Pisco uit te leggen. Dan maken we kennis met onze huidige fabriek, waar we met de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen 1 miljoen liter Pisco per jaar produceren. We zullen de proeverij van 4 medaille-pisco’s doen. Om af te sluiten, leren we 2 heerlijke Pisco-cocktails bereiden met onze Senior Bartender.<\/strong> We begeleiden de ervaring met seizoensfruit en 01 snacks.

Hacienda La Caravedo\/ geniet van het zwembad<\/p>\n

Dag 3 Ballestas + bus terug naar Lima of bus naar Nasca<\/strong><\/p>\n

Deze ochtend genieten we van het ontbijt.Rond 9 Am rijden we  in priv\u00e9vervoer naar de haven van Paracas (ongeveer 35 minuten) vanwaar we om 10 uur naar de Ballestas eilanden gaan<\/strong>, met honderden zeeleeuwen en vogels en prachtige rotsformaties. Ze worden daarom wel eens vergeleken met de kleine Galapagos-eilanden. De meest voorkomende dieren zijn zeehonden, pelikanen, aalscholvers, jan-van-gent, pingu\u00efns en andere vogelsoorten die de rotsen gebruiken als broed- en rustplaats. Een grote hoeveelheid vogelpoep lokt miljoenen vissen, die op hun beurt dienen als voedsel voor de vogels, maar die ook al jaren als meststof worden gebruikt( de guano ). Dit was \u00e9\u00e9n van de grootste exportproducten in Peru! Speedboot naar de eilanden met een Engelssprekende gids, die veel weet van de dieren. Om het gevoelige ecosysteem te beschermen, kun je de eilanden zelf niet betreden. De boot vaart langs de 100 m hoge \u201cCandelaria\u201d, een grote tekening in het woestijnzand op een heuvel langs de kust. Eenmaal terug in de haven is er een transfer naar de Crus del sur busterminal, vanwaar je de bus kunt nemen naar Lima (4 uur) of Nasca (3 uur) om je reis verder te zetten.<\/p>\n
