Cusco \u2013 Chinchero<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We starten met de pick-up vanaf je hotel in Cusco rond 07:00 uur om naar de stad Chinchero te rijden<\/strong> (ongeveer 45 minuten rijden), Chincheros ligt 28 kilometer ten noordwesten van Cusco, waar we de Inca-ru\u00efnes van de stad zullen bezoeken ,<\/strong> waaronder de reeks goed bewaarde landbouwterrassen die vandaag de dag nog steeds worden gebruikt. Op het centrale plein van de stad vinden we een enorme stenen muur met tien trapeziumvormige nissen.<\/strong> De muur maakte in de 15e eeuw deel uit van het T\u00fapac Inca Yupanqui-paleis.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We zullen de koloniale kerk van Chinchero<\/strong> observeren, die in 1607 werd gebouwd op Inca-kalksteenru\u00efnes<\/strong>. Mis niet de fresco’s die de portieken van de kerk sieren of de kleurrijke muurschilderingen die je binnen aantreft.<\/span><\/p>\n

We bezoeken het Museum, een bescheiden archeologisch museum dat een verzameling Inca-keramische voorwerpen en instrumenten herbergt. De duur van dit hele bezoek zal ongeveer 1 uur tot 1 uur en 30 minuten zijn, afhankelijk van hoe snel je wandelt .<\/span><\/p>\n

Chinchero \u2013 Waterval van\u00a0 Poc Poc<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Nadat we Chinchero ongeveer hebben bezocht ( rond 9.30 ), gaan we verder met onze wandeling naar de Poc Poc-waterva<\/strong>l (3400 meter boven zeeniveau) voor ongeveer 45 minuten, tijdens de wandeling van Chinchero naar Poc Poc zullen we getuige kunnen zijn van prachtige landschappen waarin onze gids ons zal uitleggen over de flora en fauna die in dit gebied bestaat.<\/strong> Er zijn prachtige uitzichten. Het water is kristalhelder en ijzig, als je een natuurliefhebber bent, is deze waterval een prachtige manier om er verbinding mee te maken en te mediteren.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deze prachtige waterval van Poc Poc ligt in de diepten van het bos en de berg van Antaquilca<\/strong> (Apu tutelar de Chinchero). In de waterval zie je geregeld regenbogen die worden gevormd dankzij de waternevel en de helderheid van de zon.<\/span><\/p>\n

We wandelen een stuk over een Inca Trail,\u00a0 bekend als (Qapaq \u00d1an). Daarom is dit een wandeling die je niet mag missen als je in de stad Cusco bent.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We komen aan bij de Poc Poc-waterval om ongeveer 10:15 uur, waar we 35 tot 40 minuten zullen stoppen om te genieten van het landschap , waar je foto’s kunt maken en zelfs kunt baden als je dat wilt ( breng dan wel verse kleding mee en het water kan koud zijn !)<\/span><\/p>\n

Poc Poc \u2013 Urquillos \u2013Artesanale markt van Pisac<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Na een aangename ervaring in de Poc Poc-waterval<\/strong> te hebben gehad, beginnen we onze wandeling en gaan we richting de stad Urquillos. Van<\/strong> Poc Poc naar Urquillos is het\u00a0 ongeveer 2 uur wandelen<\/strong>, tijdens de wandeling kunnen we blijven genieten van het landschap en de schoonheid die deze plek ons \u200b\u200bbiedt. We passeren\u00a0 traditionele huizen waar je zelfs een kleine stop kunt maken om te proeven van de traditionele ma\u00efs chicha,<\/strong> de traditionele drank van Cusco. We zullen ongeveer rond 12 uur in Urquillos aankomen\u00a0 waar we de traditionele straten van de stad kunnen bezoeken, alsook het kleine plein met de kerk. Ons transport zal op ons wachten om ons naar Pisac te brengen.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

De reistijd van Urquillos naar Pisac is ongeveer 30 minuten<\/strong> waardoor we rond 13:00 uur in de stad Pisac aankomen, <\/strong>waar we een kleine stop zullen maken om te lunchen in een restaurant, waar u kunt genieten van een verscheidenheid aan typische gerechten uit de omgeving.<\/span><\/p>\n

Om 14.00 uur gaan we verder met het bezoek aan het archeologische centrum van Pisac,<\/strong> waar u een rondleiding krijgt waarin u de verschillende attracties van het archeologische centrum kunt bezoeken.<\/span><\/p>\n

Het bezoek aan het archeologisch centrum van Pisac<\/strong> duurt ongeveer 1 uur, en nadien ga je naar de ambachtelijke markt van Pisac,<\/strong>\u00a0 waar je verschillende souvenirs kunt kopen om als herinnering mee te nemen naar je land. Op de markt van Pisac<\/strong> kun je ook mooie sieraden vinden die gemaakt zijn van zilver.<\/span><\/p>\n

Na ons bezoek aan de kleurrijke en prachtige Pisac Craft Market, haalt ons transport ons om ongeveer 17.00 uur op, om terug te keren naar de stad Cusco. Transfer naar je hotel.\u00a0 De rit van Pisac naar Cusco duurt ongeveer 1 uur.<\/span><\/p>\n

Of<\/strong> we brengen je naar je hotel in de heilige vallei \/ Optioneel<\/strong> kun je in naar\u00a0 Ollantaytambo gaan om daar te slapen of om verder te gaan naar Machu Picchu<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
