Day 1 – Buenos Aires
Arrival and reception at the airport; transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, visit to the most elegant South American city. You will sightsee the Plaza de Mayo main square and its surrounging buildings, 9 de Julio avenue, the old quarter of San Telmo which used to be the most well-off district in the city, now becomingagain one of the trendiest areas, and the Italian district of La Boca with its colorful “Caminito”, an alley skirtedby the typical colored tin facades of the old “conventillos”, basic houses where, back in the beginning of the XXcentury, many families would live together in just a few rooms.
On the way to Palermo, one of Buenos Airestraditional areas, you will go by the most important places such as the Zoo, the Botanical gardens, Palermo’spark, the Polo field, the Planetarium and the oldest residential neighbourhood known as Palermo Viejo, tofinally end in the sophisticated district of Recoleta, where you will visit Evita’s grave. Return to the hotel.Accommodation.
Day 2 – Buenos Aires / Salta. B
Transfer to the airport to board the scheduled flight to Salta. Arrival, reception and transfer to hotel. In the afternoon, the city awaits us to explore Salta by a walk through its streets, churches, colonial buildings and the Museum of High Mountain Archaeology (MAAM).

Day 3 Salta / Cachi. B
Departure from Salta through slopes and ravines to Calchaquíes Valleys. We make a stop at Del Obispo Slope, Recta de Tin Tin, Los Cardones National Park. Arrival at Cachi.

Day 4 – Cachi / Cafayate. B
Today we continue from Cachi to Cafayate through National Route 40, passing by enchanting towns such as Seclantas, Angastaco and Molinos, apart from De Las Flechas Gorge, a curious rock formation. Arrival in Cafayate and accommodation.

Day 5 –Cafayate / Salta. B
In the morning, we go on a tour of the town. After lunch (not included), departure towards Salta visiting De Las Conchas Gorge, characterized by its curious formations, such as the Amphitheatre and the Devil´s Throat, both consequence of wind and water erosion. Arrival in Salta and accommodation.

Day 6 – Salta / Purmamarca. B
Early departure traveling along Del Toro Gorge to reach the town of San Antonio de los Cobres. After lunch (not included), we continue along the Puna to reach Salinas Grandes Salt Flat, in the Province os Jujuy. Then, we descend along De Lipan Slope to Purmamarca, characterized by the Seven Colours Hill (Cerro de los Siete Colores), an impressive colourful mountain.

Day 7 – Purmamarca / Salta. B
Today we explore Humahuaca Gorge, in the province of Jujuy,visiting typical and colorful villages such as Tilcara, Uquía and Humahuaca. On the way back, we stop at Maimará, to admire Paleta del Pintor (the Painter’s Palette). Return to Salta.

Day 8 – Salta/ Puerto Iguazú. B
Morning at leisure. In due time transfer to the airport to embark towards Puerto Iguazu. Arrival and accommodation.
Day 9 – Puerto Iguazú. B
In the morning, we visit Iguazú National Park, Argentinian part of the falls, which have been declared Natural Heritage Site and one of the Seven Modern Wonders of Nature. During the tour, we go through the three circuits of the park: Garganta del Diablo (to reach the balcony and viewpoint of the most imposing jump of the park), The Superior (that provides a vertical view) and The Lower (that offers a closer contact with the vegetation and the jumps). During the tour, free time to have lunch (not included) and optional chance to take The Great Adventure, an excursion that combines a boat ride to the foot of some jumps and a crossing through the jungle (please, consult us the restrictions). In the afternoon, return to the hotel.
Note: Entry to Garganta del Diablo can be interrupted because of the rise in river flow.
We leave Puerto Iguazú to get Foz do Iguaçu in Brazil and visit the waterfalls on the Brazilian side. We enter the park and walk along the only path that leads to the viewpoint of Garganta del Diablo. While we walk, we are able to appreciate a panoramic view of almost all the falls. Return to Puerto Iguazú to board the flight to Buenos Aires.
Day 11 – Buenos Aires
Time at leisure. If your flight time allows it, we suggest you take “Fiesta Gaucha” (Gaucho Party) tour, to taste the traditional Argentinean barbecue: “asado”. At due time, transfer to the airport.
Day 12 – Buenos Aires
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport to board the scheduled flight.
The Town Hall, the MAAM and Wine Museum close on Mondays.
From January to March the itinerary could be modified due to the rainy season.
Due to the characteristics of the Puna such as altitude, atmospheric pressure and reduction of oxygen, we recommend that people with respiratory, cardiac or pressure diseases, take special care.
