We will visit the popular and main market of Arequipa, San Camilo; which was declared historical heritage in 1987. A good place to walk, buy fresh products and other quality items at low cost. After this interesting experience we will continue our tour visiting the Plaza de Armas and the church of Compañía de Jesús, famous for its facades and altarpieces of baroque style, likewise we will visit the “Cloisters Compañía de Jesús ” with sculpted ashlar arches, beautiful corridors and “the dome of San Ignacio”.

We continue the tour visiting the Tambo «la Cabezona»; which is a multi-family villa in the Historic Center of Arequipa, was built approximately in the seventeenth century with the system and technology of the colonial period; it has vaults, box walls and ashlar. We continue our visit by taking a “Leap into the past” by visiting the Monastery of Santa Catalina; impressive historical-religious monument open to visitors after almost 400 years, with narrow streets, squares and gardens that resemble the old neighborhoods of the Spanish cities of Seville and Granada.
