The city of Chiclayo is famous for its impressive archaeological sites dating back to the Mochica and Sicán cultures. The city tour in Chiclayo gives you an exciting insight to Chiclayo’s history and architecture: the Paseo de las Musas (Walk of the Muses), the famous square of Elías Aguirre, Chiclayo’s main square (Plaza Mayor) and of course the impressive cathedral. We will also make a stop at the mystic Mercado de Brujos (Witch Market), where we find many shops of local shamans and learn about herbs and other ingredients used as traditional healing remedies.
