Day 1 – Buenos Aires
Arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel.
In the afternoon, we make a panoramic tour of the city. We start in Plaza de Mayo, scenery of the most important events of the country from 1810, to then continue to the neighbourhood of La Boca and finish in Palermo and Recoleta. At night, we attend a dinner show to appreciate the magnetism of tango.

Day 2 – Buenos Aires / Salta
Transfer to the airport to board the scheduled flight to Salta. Arrival, reception and transfer to hotel. In the afternoon, the city awaits us to explore Salta by a walk through its streets, churches, colonial buildings and the Museum of High Mountain Archaeology (MAAM).

Day 3 – Salta- Cafayate
Departure from Salta to Calchaquíes Valleys, passing by the Obispo Slope, Recta del Tin Tin. Los Cardones National Park, Cachi and De Las Flechas Gorge, to finally arrive at Cafayate.

Day 4 –Cafayate / Salta
In the morning, we visit the town and after lunch (not included), departure to Salta visiting Cafayate Gorge.

Day 5 – Salta / San Antonio de los Cobres
Early departure travelling through Del Toro Gorge. Later, we get to know the small town of San Antonio de los Cobres. After lunch (not included), we continue across the Puna up to Salinas Grandes Salt Flat, in the Province of Jujuy, and then we start descending through De Lipán Slope, a winding mountain road, to Purmamarca.

Day 6 – San Antonio de los Cobres/ San Pedro de Atacama
In the morning, departure towards San Pedro de Atacama, passing by Paso de Jama border crossing. Arrival at this oasis in the middle of the dessert,

Day 7 San Pedro de Atacama
Departure to the Altiplanic Lagoons, one of the seven sectors that make up Los Flamencos National Reserve, with Chaxa Lagoon in Atacama Salt Flat. The landscape is characterized by volcanoes and mountainous relief, standing out the hills Miscanti and Miñiques. On the way, we visit Toconao.

Day 8 – San Pedro de Atacama
Early departure to El Tatio Geysers, the highest geyser field in the world. We are able to witness the steam fumaroles activity produced by the high temperatures of its craters. Afternoon visit to De La Luna Valley.

Day 9 – San Pedro de Atacama/ Mallku
Departure to the border of Chile and Bolivia: Hito Cajón. On the way to Malku Cueva, we contemplate landscapes like Green Lagoon, Dali Valley with the thermal waters of Chaviri, Sol de Mañana Geysers and Colorado Lagoon, where we appreciate James flamingos. Lunch and dinner.

Day 10– Malku Cueva Hotel/ Colchani
Today we visit a valley of stones, to then we continue to Uyuni passing by Culpina and San Cristóbal towns. Lunch. We arrive at Uyuni and we make a short visit to the Cemetry of Trains. Accommodation at Hotel Palacio de Sal. Dinner.

Day 11 Colchani/ Villazon
Today we dedicate the day to Salar de Uyuni, the largest salt flat in the world. During the tour, we also visit Incahuasi Island, also known as Pescado Island, where we observe a 12-meter-high cacti. After lunch, we continue enjoying the magnificent landscape.
Dinner (EN NEGRITA) and transfer to Uyuni to board the train to Villazón.

Day 12 Villazon /Pumamarca
Arrival at Villazón and border crossing in La Quiaca, in the Argentinian province of Jujuy. Transfer to Purmamarca, visiting Humahuaca Gorge, Cultural and Natural Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Day 13 /Pumamarca / Salta. B
Morning at leisure to rest, enjoy the town or go on a walk through Paseo de Los Colorados. At the afternoon, return to Salta and accommodation.

Day 14 Tilcara/ Purmamarca/ Buenos Aires
Transfer to the airport to board the flight to Buenos Aires. Meet and greet in the airport and transfer to the hotel.
Day 15 Buenos Aires
Morning at leisure. In due time, transfer to the airport.
The train that goes from Uyuni to Villazon (Expreso del Sur), operates on Wednesdays and Fridays. The Town Hall, the MAAM and Wine Museum close on Mondays.
From January to March the itinerary could be modified due to the rainy season.
Due to the characteristics of the Puna such as altitude, atmospheric pressure and reduction of oxygen, we recommend that people with respiratory, cardiac or pressure diseases, take special care.
