The tour starts at our Office in Tarija, which is located at Hotel Mitru Tarija, located in the center of the city. In this place we will board our tourist bus, which is used specifically for this type of tour, which will provide us with a lot of comfort and safety during the tour.

We will make the first stop at Bodega Juan Diablo, a high altitude winery that is dedicated to the production of high quality wines and singanis. Other similar wineries are: Alto San Isidro and El Potro. In this winery they will give us an explanation about the elaboration of the wine and we will carry out tasting practices, learning about the fragrance, color, texture and flavor of the wines. Later we will visit the main winery that is underground to maintain a certain type of environment and preservation of barrels that store high altitude wines.

We will continue to Barbacana, a boutique winery that managed to win several awards for the richness and exclusivity of its wines. We will be able to walk in its vineyards and taste its sweet fruit. We will continue to another Boutique winery that is located in the Concepción Valley called Resolana, we will be able to know one of its most popular products called “Romancero” made with Sirah varieties and native grapes.

As a fourth stop we have the pioneers of the wine industry in Bolivia Kolhberg. Although it is the oldest winery, it is the most up-to-date in terms of technology and accessories for the production of its wines and singanis. Another similar winery is Kuhlmann, another of the oldest and largest wineries in Bolivia.

Finally, we will know Casa Real that is dedicated to the production of Singanis, where a high-level infrastructure will await us where we can taste the drink that won world awards “Singani”.
