Cusco, the inca capital. Your can visit to the impressive colonial cathedral, home to finely carved wooden art pieces and impressive altars, followed by a guided tour of the Korikancha (Temple of the Sun). Later to the outskirts of Cusco for a tour of the Inca ruins of Sacsayhuaman, Incan fort that guarded the Imperial city. Visit the sacred valley of the Incas. It is divided by the Urubamba River and protected by towering mountains, like Veronica, Chicon, and Pitusiray, all above 5000 meters . Your first stop is visiting the local market in a small village of Pisac and Ollantaytambo. We also visit Machu picchu +  Saltpans of Maras and also moray.

DAY 1.- ARRIVAL IN CUSCO + CITY TOUR.
City tour in Cusco

Upon arrival in the city of Cusco, you will be transferred to your accommodation. In the afternoon we start our tour with a visit to the archaeological monument of the Qorikancha (Temple of the Sun) and the Cathedral of Cusco, built on the great palace of the Inca Wiracocha. Then we go to Saqsayhuaman (Sexy woman). Within this large complex are other archaeological sites, such as Q’enqo (Center for Astronomical Observation); temple dedicated to the land, Puca pucara, its function was to control the Inca Trail and Tambomachay (Baños del Inca), a center of worship and worship of water. Afterwards you return to your hotel.

DAY 2.- TOUR TO THE HOLY VALLEY OF THE INCAS.

We will pick you up from your hotel to start the Sacred Valley of the Incas tour. We will first visit the archaeological group of Pisaq, which is characterized by its astronomical observatory, visiting the market in the city of Pisaq. Lunch buffet in one of the restaurants with the best presentations of typical dishes, Novo Andino from the Cusco region.

After your lunch( excluded ) we will visit the archaeological group of Ollantaytambo, monumental work of Inca architecture. We stay overnight in Ollantaytambo.

DAY 3. – Machu picchu Full day ( optional 1 day incatrail )

Visit to Machu Picchu 1 day

Early in the morning you walk to the railwaystation of Ollantaytambo, where we will board the train that will take us to the city of Aquas calientes (previously called Machu picchu pueblo). At the train station in aquas calientes, the guide will wait for us to go together to the amazing Machupicchu .

This 5-day travel package includes the visit to the most important archaeological site in South America, “Machupicchu”, with our guide you will visit all the important places like the Inti Huatana, the Temple of the Sun, the Temple of the Three Windows etc. A 2 1/2 h guided tour. Afterwards you can also take time to enjoy the thermal baths of Aguas Calientes.

Return by train back to Ollantaytambo where we sleep.

DAY 4. – Return to  CUSCO with visit to Maras + Moray and Chinchero

We start early in the morning from our hotel in Ollantaytambo. With our private car and English-speaking guide, we start to explore the real Peru. This tour will bring you to Chinchero, 30km from Cuzco, situated in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We travel across a high plain with splendid views of the Cordillera. The weaving’s town of Chinchero has a church that dates back to the 1600s. Its paintings and frescoes are well preserved. Chinchero is a picturesque community that combines both Inca and colonial architecture. We will observe a demonstration of the traditional weaving process. We also visit to Moray. We also visit he natural salt pans of Salineras, via old colonial towns which are situated in the Sacred Valley. Maras is well known for its colonial-style houses and interesting churches. Here we visit the famous salt pans, which were already exploited since the Inca era. Maras are constituted by about 3000 small Salt pans. After this visit, we drive back to Cusco where we sleep.

DAY 5. – DEPARTURE FROM CUSCO
At the specified time, transfer from the hotel to the airport or bus station, you will get help from our staff.
