Visit Cusco with walking tours
On day 1 you will take a 10 km walk and visit the ruins of Sacsayhuaman and the others in the area. On day 2 we will visit the beautiful lake HUMANTAY. A steep climb to the beautiful view of the Salkantay Mountains. On day 3, visit the beautiful rainbow mountain. To complete your 4 active days.

DAY 1.- ARRIVAL IN CUSCO + WALKING TOUR RUINS CUSCO
Upon arrival in the city of Cusco, you will be transferred to your accommodation. In the afternoon, there is an easy walk to the ruins above Cusco in a 1/2 day. The ruins are located behind the white Christ statue that you see from the center of Cusco, on top of the mountain. A car takes you with the guide to the furthest ruin located 10 km outside of Cusco. From there you walk back to Cusco, with a visit to the most important ruins. We visit Sacsayhuaman (sexy woman) known for its huge cut stones and Inca fort, Puca Pucara, Q’enqo, and Tambomachay. This visit is doing with an English-speaking guide. From the Christ statue, you descend back to Cusco on an Inca path, afterward, in Cusco, the guide will leave you at the main square. In this way, you do an active city tour with walking – visiting the ruins. Hotel Cusco
DAY 2.-CUSCO – MOLLEPATA – SORAYPAMAPA – LAGUNA HUMANTAY – CUSCO.
Our tour begins from 4:30 to 5:00 am where we will pick up your receptive hostel or hotel, then continue with our trip in our private transport until arriving at Mollepata town where we will have breakfast to recover from our trip, Then we will continue our tour where we will see beautiful passages until arriving Soraypampa, where we will have a brief rest before we start our trek 9 am. Located at 3880 meter.
When the weather is nice, we have amazing views of the mountains Humantay (5900m) and the Salkantay (6125m).
We will start with our hike to the Humantay Lagoon which has an altitude of 4 250 m.s.n.m, with a turquoise coloration. Our ascent lasts for about 2 hours approximately when arriving at the Lagoon Humantay we will have enough time to appreciate the majestic marvel that nature offers us where we will also have A demonstration of an offering to the sacred Apus where we can participate in that activity. DAY 3. Rainbow mountain – 7 colores o Vinicunca 1 Day tour
Your day starts in Cusco where you are picked up from your hotel at 5:50 – 06:20 am. for a 3 hours trip with a private van to the start of the trail. Before we continue our tour we stop at CUSIPATA where we take a breakfast. After that, we continue by car for approximately 1.5 hours more .
The hike to the Rainbow Mountain will take around 2 hours and has a distance of 5 kilometers. Throughout your journey you will pass through a vibrant green valley with the snow capped peak of Ausangate (6,380 m) towering in the distance. You will see hundreds of roaming alpacas, and you have the chance to truly see how Quechua people live. As you get closer to the Rainbow Mountain you will begin to see the first signs of the colored minerals that formed the painted hills. Your guide will explain what makes up the existence of the Rainbow Mountain and how it was formed. Finally with one last push you will hike up to a vantage point that gives you a 360 degree view of the beautiful landscape that makes up the sacred land.
After about an hour you will embark for your hike back to the trail head (1.5.- hours), where you will have lunch at a local restaurant and depart back to Cusco. Arriving in Cusco around 5 p.m – 6 p.m . Hotel in Cusco
DAY 4. – DEPARTURE FROM CUSCO
At the specified time, transfer from the hotel to the airport or bus station, you will get help from our staff.
