Payment Method

To confirm the reservation we need:

1. Passport photo

A passport photo of all the members of your group (scanned or jpg) with: names, surnames, passport numbers, dates of birth and nationalities (all this through the email INFO@SOUTHAMERICAPLANET.COM 

2. 40% of the payment

We also need advance payment through one of the payment methods mentioned below. The advance payment is 40% for Classic Inca Trail and Short Inca Trail, and other destinations. Deposit will not be refundable, it will remain at your disposal for another trip with Southamericaplanet, discounting the expenses generated by your Cancellation. 

3. Date of the tour

Confirm tour dates (Inka Trail does not allow date changes).

4. Responsible Traveler

The traveler is responsible and is obliged to have good travel insurance that responds to eventual accidents and cancellations.

5. Current Documentation

It is the responsibility of the passenger: To have a passport with a valid expire date (The expiration date must be at least 6 months after visiting Peru or Bolivia). And find out the entry requirements to Peru (covid documentation and regulations)

Then just make the requested payment. Once we receive the payment notification, we will send you an email confirming the amount we received after the transaction.

Please note that all payment methods have their own fees (these are not included in the quotes); so these will be assumed by the clients themselves. Please check the details of the payment method you are going to use.

OPTION B

PAY via international BANK TRANSFER This option is best for groups who want to send their deposits in full. Banks generally charge a one-time fixed transfer fee and it can be done at the bank of your choice.

To make the DEPOSITS, ask for the INTERBANK ACCOUNT NUMBERS through the email info@southamericaplanet.com

IMPORTANT: TOUR BALANCE WHEN NEEDED

The remaining balance ( Bank charges for example ) is paid in CASH once upon arrival in Lima Or Cusco and prior to the tours. This balance is paid in US dollars and with bills in very good condition (no cracks or stains on them,  we also do not accept US 100 bills of the CBB2 series).
