Lima is a city of 9 million inhabitants with different districts. Make yourself comfortable, after a long flight, you don’t feel like negotiating a taxi price you don’t know. Let us pick you up in an initial package. Upon arrival, someone will be waiting with a name plate. This person will take you to your first hostel in Lima. A city with so many faces also has many excursion options. Where do you go individually in such a big city? Here we give you different options to visit this fantastic city in different ways.

Day 1
Arrival in Lima, transfer from the airport or bus station to your hotel in Miraflores or Barranco. Hotel night

Day 2
Start of our tour of the city (depending on the tour in private or shared service)
On our city tour, you will visit the main places of interest in Lima, both in the old center and in the new one. Lima was founded in 1535 by Pizarro and today it houses a large part of the Peruvian population, more than 11 million inhabitants. On a 3 1/2 hour tour with an English-speaking guide, visit the beautiful colonial center of Lima, the Plaza de Armas with the Presidential Palace, Plaza San Martin / Cathedral (outside), and a monastery with a valuable library. We visit the residential areas of Lima with modern architecture and shopping centers, and enjoy the view of the Pacific from the exclusive “Parque del Amor”. The tour begins and ends at your hotel. In the afternoon, you are free until 6 pm to explore the city yourself or visit the Larco museum.

We start our tour with a visit to the Magical Water Fountain Park in Parque de la Reserva. This recently remodeled park has 13 beautiful water fountains that literally “dance” to the music with special laser beam illumination. This park is the pride of Lima and has been recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as the largest water park in the world. At the end of the tour, we will stop at a famous restaurant to enjoy a dinner buffet and a spectacular show with traditional folk dances.
